Scott House

A Cat B fit out delivering 30,000 sq. ft of flexible workspace.

At Scott House, we delivered a Cat B fit out for The Office Group within this partially listed landmark at the heart of Waterloo, transforming the building into a refined, hospitality-led workspace. Working alongside Ben Adams Architects, we introduced upgraded services, reconfigured layouts and high-quality finishes across three floors, including a double-height reception that establishes a strong sense of arrival.

The scheme balances contemporary workspace requirements with the character of the existing structure, creating a flexible, well-considered environment designed to support day-to-day use, collaboration and long-term performance.

Balancing heritage character with contemporary, hospitality-led design.

Delivered across three floors, the fit out provides a carefully planned mix of meeting rooms, co-working areas, private offices, event space and lounges arranged within a structured, intuitive layout. A gridded design language defines key zones, while reeded glazing enhances privacy without diminishing the flow of daylight.

The restoration of the original two-tone marble stairwell informed the wider material palette, adding texture, craft and a sense of permanence throughout the scheme.
