Following a full strip‑out, we delivered a comprehensive Cat A refurbishment across the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors, transforming the space into modern, flexible workplace accommodation. Works included new MEP installations, LED lighting, upgraded fire alarm systems and refined ceiling treatments, creating bright, open‑plan environments suited to a range of tenant needs. The refurbishment also improved energy performance and day‑to‑day usability through enhanced ventilation, improved layouts and refreshed finishes.
