Improved commuter facilities and energy-efficient upgrades.
The fifth-floor office space was refurbished to deliver a high-quality Cat A environment, supported by new energy-efficient systems including a four-pipe fan coil installation and responsive lighting with integrated multi-sensors. At ground level, part of the existing retail and café space was converted into a dedicated commuter centre, replacing constrained basement facilities with a more accessible and considered offer. The scheme also included the refurbishment of the fourth and tenth-floor sub-lobbies, alongside a redesigned main reception with updated ceilings, feature border lighting and contemporary concrete wall panelling, extending through to the new shower facilities.
