Retention: Up to 3 years from the date of enquiry, or longer if a contract is entered into, in which case data will be retained in line with our contractual obligations.

If you contact us regarding a career or job opportunity, we collect:

• Your email address and telephone number
• The content of your message, which may include details of your skills, experience, and career background
• Any additional information you choose to include, such as a CV or covering letter
This data is used to assess your suitability for current or future roles at Collins Construction Ltd and to respond to your enquiry. It will be seen by relevant members of our HR and management team.
We treat career enquiry data with particular care. We will not share it externally without your consent, and we will not use it for any purpose other than recruitment consideration.

Retention: Up to 3 years from the date of enquiry, or longer if a supply chain relationship is established, in which case data will be retained for the duration of the relationship and for a period of up to 6 years thereafter in line with contractual and legal obligations.

This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It will not be used for marketing or shared with third parties without your knowledge.

Retention: Up to 2 years from the date of your enquiry, after which it will be securely deleted.
4. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and business, subject to appropriate data processing agreements. These currently include:
• Netlify, Inc. our website hosting provider, which processes server log data (including IP addresses) for security and diagnostic purposes. Netlify is based in the United States; transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses under UK GDPR.
We may also disclose your data where required to do so by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Collins Construction Ltd, our staff, or others.
5. International Data Transfers
Where we transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR. Currently, the only international transfer we make is to Netlify, Inc. in the United States, carried out under Standard Contractual Clauses approved for use under UK GDPR.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:
• Use of a reputable, secure hosting provider (Netlify) with industry-standard security practices
• Restricting internal access to personal data to those with a legitimate need to process it
• Regular review of our data handling and storage practices
