One London Wall

A transformation of the reception and workspace areas at One London Wall.

At One London Wall, we transformed several key areas of this 200,000 sq ft landmark building, initially delivering the refurbishment of the level four, nine and ten office floors before being appointed to upgrade the ground‑ and first‑floor receptions. These works introduced refined finishes, improved layouts and upgraded services that enhance the arrival experience and create a more cohesive journey through the building. Together, the phased improvements refresh the workspace for existing tenants while respecting the original architectural intent, strengthening the building’s presence as a high‑quality City asset.

A renewed arrival experience through contemporary detailing

The ground floor refurbishment introduced a new entrance formed from structural steel, aluminium and glass, complete with integrated signage, alongside enhancements to the external glazing, double‑height internal wall and bespoke feature lighting with faux planting. At first‑floor level, we delivered a reconfigured reception with a new security barrier system, café island, feature wall panelling, upgraded WCs and a bespoke reception desk. Extensive M&E upgrades - including lift modifications, fire‑rated glass doors, new flooring and refined finishes - modernise the front‑of‑house areas while supporting seamless operation within a fully occupied building.
