33 Cork Street

A transformation delivering premium workspace and retail for Hanover Cube.

At 33 Cork Street, we transformed a seven‑storey period property in Mayfair into a high‑quality mixed‑use scheme comprising contemporary office accommodation and two new retail units. Working in collaboration with Buckley Gray Yeoman and Hanover Cube, the building was extensively remodelled to restore and enhance its heritage character while introducing modern services, improved circulation and upgraded amenities. The result is c.16,000 sq. ft of adaptable, design‑led workspace that blends original architectural detail with refined, contemporary finishes, strengthening the long‑term appeal and commercial potential of this distinguished Mayfair address.

Heritage restoration and modern reconfiguration across a reimagined Mayfair asset.

The refurbishment reconfigured the building to maximise lettable space and meet modern workplace expectations. A new rear extension replaced the original façade and roof, introducing relocated stair and lift cores for improved circulation and enabling an enlarged fifth floor with an external roof area. We delivered premium Cat A workspace across levels one to five, featuring bespoke lighting, raised access floors, upgraded WCs and specialist joinery. Energy‑efficient M&E systems, including app‑controlled lifts, access control and CCTV, enhance performance. Two new retail units and a refined ground‑floor reception complete the transformation.
