Crescent Court
A full-building transformation delivering Grade A workspace.
At Crescent Court in Tunbridge Wells, we transformed a dated 17,000 sq ft office building into a sustainable, contemporary workplace of the highest quality. Sustainability sat at the heart of the scheme, with targeted upgrades improving energy performance and reducing operational impact, repositioning the asset as a more efficient, future-ready workplace. The refurbishment delivers four floors of open-plan Grade A accommodation, ready for future tenants to shape as their own, while significantly enhancing the building’s overall performance and user experience.

A carbon-neutral refurbishment with modern and expanded facilities.
To support this, the building’s energy performance was enhanced through the introduction of exposed services, LED lighting, replacement windows and a full renewal of the roof covering. Alongside these upgrades, new tea points, DDA-compliant WCs and showers were delivered on every floor, with a new entrance and access system improving arrival and accessibility. Externally, the car park was refurbished and landscaped to provide additional parking, rationalised circulation and on-site EV charging, creating a modern, efficient and flexible workspace.
