In this heritage setting in central London, we have transformed two upper floors and the attic level into modern, flexible workspace while sensitively restoring key original features. The works combine Cat A refurbishment with structural upgrades, including new plant installations, secondary glazing, and the formation of new WC cores and risers to improve building performance. Careful interventions within the roof space and lightwell enhance both functionality and character, increasing natural light and usability.
