McCormack House
Delivering a purpose‑built broadcast studio at McCormack House.
We transformed the existing reception area at McCormack House to create a new television studio for IMG Media. The project involved a full strip‑out and conversion of the space into a high‑spec broadcast environment designed to meet demanding acoustic and technical requirements. Delivered within an occupied building, the scheme required careful coordination to integrate specialist construction elements while achieving a refined finish suitable for live and recorded television production.

Creating acoustically controlled production and support spaces.
Key works focused on achieving high sound‑reduction performance through specialist acoustic walling, doors and panels, alongside a seamless resin floor finish to support smooth camera movement. A full suite of back‑of‑house facilities was also delivered, including sound, lighting and production rooms, green room facilities and dressing rooms. New mechanical, electrical and data installations support each area, complemented by a dedicated communications room housing new servers to ensure reliable studio operation.
