Level 5 and 9, Moor House

A Grade A transformation within Foster + Partners’ iconic Moor House.

At Moor House, we transformed the level five and level nine office floors to create 20,000 sq ft of contemporary workspace that complements the architectural language of this landmark 19‑storey building at London Wall and Moorgate. The scheme enhances both the aesthetic and technical performance of the interior, aligning the new fit out with the original design intent of Foster + Partners. Upgraded services, refined finishes and improved layouts provide flexible, high‑quality accommodation for modern occupiers, strengthening the long‑term appeal and functionality of this prominent City office building.

A refined Cat A fit out integrating acoustic performance and architectural detail.

The project delivered a full Cat A refurbishment, including new raised access floors, replacement raft ceilings, upgraded mechanical and electrical systems and new façade blinds. A hybrid ceiling combining semi-exposed services with acoustic engineering was introduced to ensure visual clarity and occupant comfort. Across both floors, the renewed layouts and material palette provide high-quality, flexible workspace that reflects the building’s premium status and offers a seamless continuation of its architectural identity.

“A sincere thanks for all your efforts on the Moor House project. It was a pleasure working with you, and given the circumstances that were 2020/21, it was handled exceptionally well. The client and all those involved are extremely pleased with the end result. Great work all round from the team, and we look forward to working together on other opportunities in future.”
