10 Queen Street Place
A bespoke 11,000 sq. ft transformation for ION Group at 10 Queen Street Place.
Working alongside The Fairhursts Design Group, Parker Wilson Consulting, m2atelier and Pierce Hill, we transformed an empty floor within this 1980s building into a modern, high‑spec workspace tailored to ION Group’s global client and investor needs. The refurbishment introduced upgraded services, improved circulation, bespoke joinery and a carefully considered interior scheme that supports both focused work and collaboration. Advanced technology integration ensures seamless operations for a fast‑paced financial environment, while refined finishes and amenity spaces elevate the overall user experience. The result is a sophisticated, flexible, technology‑enabled workplace that balances performance, comfort and design quality.

A tailored workspace combining technical complexity with minimalist design.
The fit out was delivered as a bespoke solution, incorporating advanced digital infrastructure, premium materials and a boutique trading floor designed with exacting precision. Early engagement enabled the team to optimise material selection, sequencing and procurement, ensuring the design vision could be achieved within the building’s structural constraints. The early strip out also allowed the restoration of the concrete waffle ceiling, sandblasted and retained as a key feature, and the exposure of services for a contemporary, industrial aesthetic. Configurable acoustic partitions form a standout conference suite, with the geometric layout meticulously planned to ensure seamless alignment throughout.
