45 Pall Mall
A transformation of JP Morgan’s Pall Mall workspace.
Situated on one of London’s most prestigious streets, we transformed 45 Pall Mall through a sequence of complex structural works and a high‑quality refurbishment that elevates both the character and long‑term performance of the building. The 66,000 sq. ft asset now features an extended structure with a new rooftop terrace, an upgraded façade and premium amenities throughout, all designed to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Together, these improvements create a refined, future‑ready workplace that strengthens the building’s presence within St James’s and supports its position in The Crown Estate’s portfolio.

A premium, future-ready workspace shaped by structural ambition and design quality.
The scheme required extensive building‑wide intervention, including removing the existing roof and relocating plant to create a new 1,076 sq ft terrace with landmark views across London. With the fifth floor remaining fully occupied, we developed a precise structural and logistical strategy to minimise disruption to tenants. Façade enhancements, including new front and rear entrances with an illuminated canopy and a green living wall, give the building a renewed presence on Pall Mall. Inside, we delivered a refined reception, high‑end interiors and upgraded end‑of‑trip facilities, creating a future‑ready workspace for modern occupiers.
