A high-quality transformation delivering 80,000 sq. ft of contemporary workspace.
At 72 Welbeck Street, we transformed the building through an extensive refurbishment and fit out, working closely with Buckley Gray Yeoman to create a calm, design‑led arrival experience and premium workspace across four floors. The interiors were reimagined with bespoke architectural detailing, refined finishes and thoughtfully selected materials that elevate the building’s heritage while introducing a contemporary, boutique feel. Upgraded services, improved circulation and high‑quality amenities further enhance comfort and functionality, resulting in a sophisticated workspace tailored to the needs of modern occupiers.

Extensive rooftop and ground-floor works creating new amenity and renewed office space.
The project introduced a new reception area, 80,000 sq. ft of high-quality office space and a 3,000 sq. ft landscaped communal roof terrace with bar, complemented by a dedicated garden space. To deliver these amenities, the team undertook major structural works, including the full removal of the existing roof and installation of a temporary structure while a new lightweight steel deck was constructed to support the terrace and bar. The result is a sophisticated, contemporary building with enhanced amenity and a seamless integration of architectural detail and structural innovation.
