A St James's refurbishment with roof terrace for Oxygen Asset Management.

We have transformed Ryder Court into a contemporary workspace through a comprehensive refurbishment of the reception, fourth floor and rooftop levels. The scheme introduces an extensive landscaped roof terrace, one of the largest in St James’s, alongside a renewed plant installation and upgraded heating and cooling systems to support long‑term performance. At ground level, a reconfigured and extended reception now includes the Marlborough Lounge, a refined and comfortable business lounge designed to elevate the arrival experience for tenants and create a more welcoming, high‑quality environment throughout the building.

    The project includes a full Cat A refurbishment of the fourth floor, along with light‑touch upgrades to WCs, stair cores and end‑of‑trip facilities. New timber flooring, bespoke joinery and a refined material palette shape a premium reception experience, while the extended lift system provides level access for the first time. Above, the 4,000 sq. ft roof terrace offers curated landscaping, timber seating and panoramic views across London. With upgraded building services and strong ESG performance, Ryder Court now delivers high‑quality workspace for modern occupiers.
