Great West House

A Cat A transformation for CLS Holdings at Great West House.

We delivered a Cat A refurbishment at Great West House, a prominent office building comprising two towers of 17 and 11 storeys and providing approximately 155,000 sq. ft of workspace. Appointed by CLS Holdings, the project focused on creating a flexible, occupant‑focused office environment capable of accommodating either a single occupier or multiple tenants. Works included the comprehensive upgrade of level four, alongside improvements to the lift lobby and WC and DDA facilities, enhancing accessibility, wellbeing and overall building performance.

Creating adaptable office environments for multiple occupiers.

The refurbished Cat A floorplate was divided into zones using new Komfort glazed partitions, allowing the space to be easily configured for multi‑tenanted use. Each office suite benefits from its own metering system, supported by a shared meeting room to encourage collaboration. A new kitchen and breakout area were also introduced to support occupier wellbeing. The updated lift lobby features a raft ceiling and tiled flooring, completing a cohesive, modern workspace aligned with the building’s sustainability and efficiency objectives.
