38 Chancery Lane
Delivering a private diagnostic clinic at 38 Chancery Lane.
On behalf of InHealth, we delivered the transformation of two floors within the newly refurbished 38 Chancery Lane to create an exclusive private diagnostic and healthcare clinic. The project involved the conversion of an existing Cat A fit out into a high‑quality clinical environment, carefully planned to support patient comfort, operational efficiency and specialist medical requirements. A new dedicated entrance on Cursitor Street establishes a clear identity for the facility and enhances the patient arrival experience.

Integrating advanced imaging within a constrained urban setting.
The completed facility includes en‑suite client rooms, nurse bases, technical rooms, ultrasound suites and supporting amenities, alongside new steel and glass staircases, specialist acoustic ceilings and bespoke lighting and joinery throughout. A key challenge was the installation of two MRI scanners, each weighing over six tonnes, requiring structural openings, temporary propping and precise coordination. Once installed, acoustic linings and specialist finishes were introduced to mitigate noise transfer, ensuring a safe, comfortable and discreet clinical environment.
