Delivering a specialist outpatient facility at 22 Worple Road.

We completed a £2 million refurbishment and fit out to the entire ground floor of 22 Worple Road, creating Fortius Clinic’s newest outpatient, diagnostic and treatment facility. The scheme provides residents of Wimbledon and the surrounding areas with rapid access to orthopaedic and sports injury care within a modern, purpose‑designed clinical environment. Delivered within a recently refurbished commercial development on behalf of Janus Henderson Investors, the project supports Fortius’ strategic expansion into South West London.

    Integrating advanced imaging and clinical spaces within a live building.

    The facility includes seven consulting rooms and a fully equipped imaging suite featuring 3T MRI, X‑ray and ultrasound technology. Due to their scale and weight, specialist equipment was craned into the building, with significant structural strengthening introduced to support installation, including steelwork and reinforced concrete slabs. A dedicated Faraday cage protects patients and staff during MRI operation. A new independent entrance, welcoming reception and smart waiting areas complete a high‑quality clinical setting delivered safely and efficiently.
