Student accommodation refurbishment for Union Property Services.

Located within an underused asset, we transformed the building into a high‑quality, 353‑bedroom student accommodation for a growing academic community. The team combined structural adaptations with premium finishes to create a contemporary, comfortable setting supported by a series of well‑considered shared amenities. Breakout spaces, social rooms, dedicated learning areas and an on‑site gym provide students with a balanced environment for study, wellbeing and connection. The result is a vibrant, future‑focused accommodation that blends functionality and design excellence, offering a welcoming home for residents throughout their time at university.

The project concluded with the delivery of a high‑quality Cat B fit out, introducing contemporary finishes and thoughtfully designed interiors. The result is a modern, future‑ready residence that balances functionality, comfort and design quality for today’s students.
