Citypoint
A major transformation delivering 141,000 sq ft of upgraded workspace.
At Citypoint, we transformed multiple office floors through a complex internal and external refurbishment, introducing new structural link bridges, terraces and enhanced amenities across levels five to eight. These interventions improve connectivity, maximise usable space and elevate the overall occupier experience, creating a more coherent and flexible workplace. The scheme reimagines circa 141,000 sq. ft of workspace within one of the City’s most recognisable towers, home to high-profile commercial, retail and hospitality occupiers.

Structural innovation within a live environment.
To improve circulation and unlock additional space, two multi-storey link bridges were installed to connect previously separate areas of the tower, using Davit Arms to hoist steelwork and removing sections of curtain wall glazing to facilitate installation. A third bridge created a new internal terrace at level six, with barrisol ceilings beneath each bridge maintaining natural light within the atrium. Externally, three new terraces were introduced with privacy-enhancing green walls, while 10,000 sq. ft of basement space was refurbished to provide end-of-journey facilities. Across the office floors, 12 new toilet blocks were added, delivering upgraded, flexible workspace and modern amenities throughout.
