A multi-phase transformation delivering premium workspace for Legal & General.

At 120 Aldersgate, we transformed multiple floors of the building across two consecutive appointments, delivering high‑quality fitted workspace that supports Legal & General’s evolving tenant offer. Our initial schemes included the full refurbishment and fit out of the ground, first and second floors, creating contemporary, flexible accommodation designed to attract a wide range of occupiers. Following the success of this phase, we were reappointed to complete the fit out of the eighth floor, further enhancing the building with modern finishes, upgraded services and thoughtfully detailed workspace tailored to today’s user expectations.

    Flexible, design-led workspace delivered across four floors.

    The latest phase introduced 3,750 sq ft of fully fitted space on the eighth floor, including meeting rooms, breakout areas, tea points, phone booths and 40 workstations, together with a refurbished roof forming a new plant enclosure. Earlier works to the ground and first floors delivered 12,600 sq ft of sleek Cat A workspace, a remodelled reception and lounge, extensive glazing and a new courtyard and winter garden. We also transformed the second floor under Legal & General’s ‘Capsule’ concept, creating a fully fitted, work‑ready space with premium furnishings and modern amenities for future occupiers.
