9-12 Bow Street
A characterful workplace shaped for modern occupiers.
We delivered the refurbishment of 9-12 Bow Street in Covent Garden for Royal London Asset Management as a contemporary Cat A+ workspace that celebrates the character of its former warehouse setting, whilst meeting the quality, performance and flexibility expected by modern occupiers. Restored exposed brickwork, retained timber beams and polished concrete finishes have preserved the building's industrial identity, while new windows, upgraded services and a refurbished lift create a comfortable, future-ready workplace. The completed asset brings this historic property back to market as a distinctive and characterful commercial space.

Enhancing occupier amenities and delivering within a live environment.
Alongside the Cat A+ fit out, the project introduced new facilities designed to support modern ways of working. The basement was transformed to provide secure cycle storage, showers and WCs, creating valuable occupier amenities within the existing building footprint.
Delivering the scheme above active ground-floor retail units in busy Covent Garden required meticulous planning, with logistics coordinated around restricted delivery periods to minimise disruption throughout the programme.
