32-36 Great Portland Street
Delivering Prenuvo’s first UK diagnostic clinic on Great Portland Street.
We delivered the transformation of a 3,500 sq. ft former retail unit at 32–36 Great Portland Street to create Prenuvo’s first UK healthcare clinic. Spanning the ground floor and basement, the project establishes a contemporary, purpose‑built diagnostic environment supporting Prenuvo’s MRI imaging services in London. Delivered in collaboration with a multi‑disciplinary consultant team, the scheme creates a calm, welcoming setting that reflects Prenuvo’s international brand while meeting the technical and operational demands of a specialist healthcare facility.

Integrating advanced imaging within a constrained urban environment.
The completed clinic includes a welcoming reception, consultation suites and dedicated imaging rooms housing two MRI scanners, alongside specialist support spaces designed around patient comfort and clinical performance. To meet the clinic’s technical and acoustic requirements, a new plant enclosure was installed on the sixth‑floor roof, carefully coordinated within the existing building fabric. Delivered within a dense urban setting, the project demonstrates our experience in integrating complex medical infrastructure within challenging city‑centre environments.
