Paul Davis

Pre-Construction Director

Paul has a fundamental understanding of the build process drawn from over 30 years’ experience in structural Cat A refurbishments, Cat B office fit outs and unusual specialist redevelopments across London and the South East. Joining Collins at the start of 2009, initially leading the delivery of varied and complex, high quality projects, Paul now heads the pre-construction process, directing the proposals team.

Well regarded in the industry, Paul’s professional approach and balance between creativity and systems driven processes has helped Collins secure work with clients such as AXA, Aviva, Blackstone, Crown and Grosvenor Estates, Landsec and Merlin Entertainments. As well as these, many co-working providers such as FORA, TOG, Workspace and multiple and varied Cat B clients.

Jed Gardner

Pre-Construction Director

With over 36 years of experience in the construction industry, Jed Gardner is a specialist in fit-out and refurbishment. Since joining Collins in 2021, he has played a key role in shaping the pre-construction process, now leading the proposals team alongside Paul Davis.

Jed has built a strong reputation in the market, successfully delivering projects ranging from £5m to £180m. His expertise in communication, planning, and management ensures every project is meticulously coordinated, accurately executed, and completed on schedule.

A firm advocate for Health and Safety, Jed is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards across all projects. His commitment to excellence has seen him collaborate with prestigious clients, including The Crown Estate and The Office Group.

With a results-driven approach and extensive industry knowledge, Jed is instrumental in Collins’ continued success in delivering outstanding pre-construction solutions.
