Based just behind London’s Oxford Street, this Cat A refurbishment consisted of huge structural reconfigurations including the construction of two additional floors. The North, South and part of the East elevations were also demolished before new brickwork and stone façades were installed. The structural works were completed with the relocation of the existing lift shaft to suit the new layout.
A full Cat A fit out with raised floors and suspended ceilings followed , with a new reception area, complete M&E services and plant, WC’s, windows and doors throughout the building.
