Following a full strip out of the entire two story building totalling 52,000 sq ft, the works comprised of a new entry façade, lift core, streel staircase and a new atrium cutout capped with a ETFE roof.
The general floor areas comprised of a new raised access floor, SAS suspended ceilings, a new mechanical ventilation and cooling system in the form of fan coil units, 600 modular lighting and a new fire alarm system.
