A £26m student accommodation refurbishment on behalf of Union Property Services Limited.
Works included expanding the existing building by forming an additional 25 rooms to provide 352 rooms, demolished and replaced two lift and stair cores, created learning spaces, social areas and a gym and installed a new roof, windows, and repairs to the façade, all before delivery of a high-quality Cat B fit-out.
