Collins Construction Shortlisted For AJ Retrofit Award

We're pleased to share that 265 Strand has been shortlisted for the AJ Retrofit & Reuse Awards 2026 in the 'Adaptive Re-use into Other' category.

Delivered for New York University (NYU) alongside Bluebottle Interiors and TTSP, the project transformed a 1980s office building into a contemporary education facility through extensive structural works, refurbishment and fit out.

As Collins understands working with international clients, 265 Strand showcases the team's ability to deliver complex refurbishment schemes while retaining and enhancing existing buildings for future use.
