Collins completes level 5 Vine Street on behalf of The Crown Estate

Collins Construction has completed the internal works and WC refurbishment forming part of the Level 5 Cat A fit out at 1 Vine Street on behalf of Workplaces by The Crown Estate, with the internal package delivered ahead of programme. Terrace works are progressing well and are scheduled to conclude later this summer.

Delivered within a live working environment, the project involved the refurbishment of workspace and WC facilities, creating a refreshed floorplate designed to support the evolving needs of occupiers within the building.

The appointment marked the latest phase of Collins' ongoing involvement at 1 Vine Street. Having successfully completed refurbishment works to Levels 3 and 4 earlier this year, the project team was able to build on its knowledge of the building, its occupiers and the client's requirements from day one.

This familiarity with the asset, combined with close collaboration between the client, consultants and delivery team, helped maintain programme momentum, support informed decision-making and minimise disruption throughout the works.

The completion of Level 5 represents another successful milestone within the wider refurbishment programme and further strengthens Collins' relationship with Workplaces by The Crown Estate. The remaining terrace works are due to reach completion later this summer.
