Collins completes 15 Berkeley Street on behalf of Tokoro Capital

We’re pleased to reveal the completed 15 Berkeley Street, our £9m fit out with structural modifications to create a high-end environment for Mayfair occupiers.

Working on behalf of Tokoro Capital with our partners, Stiff + Trevillion and Orbit Architects, the team has created additional lettable space without disrupting the existing structure of a heritage building.

The fit out incorporates bespoke joinery and high-end finishes with ceramic, timber, and porcelain, an architectural staircase enhances light flow across the upper floors.

The team has expanded the building by adding an additional floor, featuring a new mansard roof with dormers that open onto a high-end roof terrace, invisible from street level and in line with planning requirements.

The installation of Welsh slate complements the external fabric, and a façade refresh ensures the asset is in keeping with its neighbours.

The new asset is another example of a high-end fit-out for the landlords and tenants of Mayfair.
