Annual Company Presentation 2026

More than 180 colleagues came together for our Annual Company Presentation, providing an opportunity to reflect on a successful year, celebrate key achievements and share our ambitions for the future.

Led by Managing Director Jason Warren, the presentation reviewed the company's strong performance, with 2025/2026 proving to be one of Collins' strongest years to date. Coming shortly after our 70th anniversary milestone, there was many achievements and success to recognise and celebrate across the business.

The session also focused on the future, presenting Collins' strategic direction for the next three years and defining our ambitions for growth and strong financial performance. Central to these plans was a continued commitment to mastering our craft, delivering excellence for our clients and investing in the people who make our success possible.

There was a strong sense of optimism and confidence throughout the event. With a healthy pipeline of work, exciting projects underway and clear ambitions for the future, Collins is well positioned for continued growth.

Beyond the business updates, the Annual Company Presentation provided an opportunity for colleagues from across the organisation to come together, strengthen relationships and celebrate the culture that has defined Collins for 70 years. While the business continues to grow, the family values, sense of shared responsibility and supportive environment that underpin the company remain as important as ever.
