Carried out on behalf of ZBI Europe, Collins were appointed to return this 2 story office in the heart of London’s West End back to CAT A space. Following a major strip out including the removal of a staircase link between levels 2 and 3, new SAS metal plank ceilings with plasterboard margins were installed along with new raised access flooring, fan coils units, pipework & ducting mods, lighting and associated re-wiring, fire alarm system and decorations.
With occupied offices both below and above and residential flats on levels 7 and 8, strict noise restrictions had to be taken into consideration.
