This extremely challenging HCA NHS Ventures design and build project involved the enhancements to 75,000 sq ft of new CAT A medical space to facilitate a dedicated private cancer centre.
The project involved service modifications, new bespoke HTM compliant joinery to treatment spaces, consulting areas and receptions along with all internal finishes.
Time and budget were an issue for the client and therefore Collins took control of the design process to engineer the final solution. The end users were able to occupy the complete floor within 7 weeks of taking the original brief.
