Occupying the lower ground – 4th floors of 15-18 Devonshire Street, Collins completed the medical alteration and fit out of the newly refurbished space. The scope was to provide imaging suites comprising OPG, Dexa and MRI, together with treatment and recovery areas within the lower ground floor. To the upper levels; consulting, dental and examination rooms were fitted out to a high specification raising the bar yet further in the private medical sector.
Completed on a D & B contract, compliance to HBN/HTM and Infection Control were key drivers in the overall design; as was the disabled access to the lower ground where a bespoke glass lift was installed within the central atrium, cut into a reconfigured glass bridge.
