Originally constructed in the 1980’s the building has a mixture of uses including a car park, retail units, restaurants, bars, clubs and residential properties. Collins were tasked with this regeneration which involved extensive structural removal, realignment and reconfiguration. Over the course of 59 weeks, the works involved heavy demolition of the internal structure, the creation of a new mezzanine and division walls,
new shop frontages, the reconfiguration of the internal service yard, external groundworks and ventilation system upgrades.
