This £6,000,000 design and build project involved the complete refurbishment of a three storey free standing office building in Winnersh, Berkshire. Works included the demolition of the existing front façade and the erection of a new curtain wall to increase the footprint.
A new feature staircase was installed in the reception, along with new raised access flooring throughout and a full M&E installation, roof coverings and the respray of the existing curtain walling. Finally, the existing atrium was reduced to increase the nett lettable area, which also included 2 new skylights.
