Carried out on behalf of a global investment and advisory firm, this 7,000sq ft Cat A refurbishment took place over the course of 12 weeks. Works included a soft strip of the existing space followed by the installation of new raised access flooring throughout, exposed M&E services, window restrictors, doors and door compartments and a new fire alarm system throughout.
Working within an occupied building meant noisy working hours had to be strictly adhered to in order to minimise any disturbance to surrounding tenants The £800,000 project in High Holborn House was handed over to schedule October 2015.
