Working on behalf of GAW Capital this Cat A refurbishment took place on level two of 123 Buckingham Palace Road. The project began with a strip out of the existing Cat B left by previous tenants. The building floor plate was then expanded into the existing atrium to increase the net lettable area.
A Cat A fit out was carried out throughout which included new ceilings with recessed lighting, raised access floors, a complete WC refurbishment and further modifications including a new fire alarm and sprinkler system.
