A £6m, high-quality Cat A+ fit out to 33 Kingsway.
The team refurbished the basement to create end of trip facilities, and stripped out sixth, seventh and eighth floors to create three floors of Cat A.
Further works included the strip out of the basement, ground, sixth, seventh and eighth floors, the development of end of trip facilities and three floors of Cat A and the replacement of the façade and rear of the building.
Alex English, Project Director, said: “33 Kingsway is an impressive building in the heart of Holborn and this upgrade adds value to the asset. Today’s landlords want to create the very best spaces for occupiers, who want the very best amenities and quality throughout their office space. Our team has provided the necessary structural adaptions to achieve these requirements with an eye on the design detail for a fit out that exceeds expectations.”
