Managing Director
Jason has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, covering projects from new build and heavy structural refurbishment through to complex Cat A and Cat B fit outs.
Jason joined Collins in 2013 and has been instrumental in developing and growing the reputation of the business. As managing director, Jason will continue to push forward the company's long term goals and ambitions, thereby paving the way for the next generation of leaders.
Jason is a firm believer in building strong, trusting relationships with clients and colleagues to help push the business forward, alongside a team of great people who are proud of the work they do.

Karen Rosvall
Principal Design Manager
As Principal Design Manager, Karen will ensure the Design Management offer is consistent across the business whilst being flexible in its approach to support the client, project size and scope. With both architectural and engineering professionals making up the Design Management team, Karen's role is to co-ordinate the two disciplines and use her knowledge of the design process to ensure the team works as one to deliver a holistic structural and architectural programme from cradle to grave.
Muhammed Ameen
Commercial Director
Muhammed graduated from the University of Westminster with a degree in Quantity Surveying and has worked in the construction industry for over 10 years, where he has gained experience in public sector contracts and large framework agreements.
Muhammed joined Collins as a Project Surveyor in 2016 and has successfully progressed to Commercial Director. Muhammed now works across a wide range of projects; from high end fit outs to complex design and build. His role is to ensure the commercial team works collaboratively with the project team whilst maintaining high standards in both pre-construction and delivery phases.
Stuart Johnson
Director
Stuart has worked in the fit out industry for 25 years and has held a number of roles including owning and running his own fit out company. His expertise has enabled Stuart to develop a number of strong client relationships in the industry that have contributed to Collins’ success. Stuart continues to lead teams on some of Collins most significant and complex projects, working in partnership with clients to achieve project success.
He has a number of strong client relationships that have contributed to Collins' success and growth, and still heads up projects secured with these clients, such as Land Securities.

Anisha Mayor
Head of Sustainability
Anisha has studied and worked in the environmental sector for over 9 years and holds an Undergraduate and Master’s degree in Environmental Consultancy.
After joining Collins in 2018, Anisha has had an active role in delivering more strategic environmental support to the business.
She has developed an extremely strong relationship with all teams, which has aided in implementing and delivering industry leading sustainability standards. In addition to this, the rapport developed with each team has enabled collaborative thinking on each project, helping to investigate bespoke and innovative ideas to push Collins beyond compliance.
Prior to this, Anisha had worked on several multi-million pound construction projects in London, helping achieve FSC project certification and BREEAM.
Rob Carr
Director
Rob has been working within the construction industry for over 30 years, most recently focusing on Cat A & B office fit out.
Having started his career as a construction trainee, Rob has worked through all project management disciplines. This means he is able to understand and work alongside his team with experience and knowledge, to ensure they are supported to be the best they can be.
Rob believes that honest conversations as early as possible create trust and builds lasting relationships which ensures peace of mind for his clients and consultants.
Ryan Cleanthi
Divisional Director
Ryan is a dedicated and proficient Divisional Director with over 10 years’ experience within the industry.
He has extensive commercial knowledge, particularly within the fit out sector, to ensure best value for money is achieved for any given client.
Ryan has a dynamic, hands on approach which sets him apart from the competition. He is a strong believer in collaborative working, from supply chain to end user, allowing for a quality end product.

Guy McCoig-Lees
Director
Guy joined Collins as Senior Commercial Manager in 2013, before being promoted to Commercial Director in 2017.
Guy has 25 years of experience in delivering a wide range of projects from Cat A and B fit outs in various market sectors such as finance, leisure and advertising, to complex heavy structural cut and carve refurbishment schemes.
Guy's understanding of the various market sectors allows him to bring added value and support to both the professional team and clients in terms of cost planning, value engineering and build ability.
Guys hands on approach makes him a safe pair of hands and an ideal mentor for the junior commercial staff within the business.
Ashraf Ali
Compliance Director
Ashraf is an experienced ISO certified auditor with over 18 years working in the corporate real estate and construction industry.
Ashraf has led a global team of compliance managers to provide project compliance and business governance support with a tailored approach to meet strict local codes and customs.
With extensive working knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO 14001, Ashraf adds valuable, process-driven experience to Collins and our Quality Assurance and Systems department.
Richard Harrison
Project Director
Richard has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, predominately within the fit out and refurbishment sectors. Commencing his career as an electrical tradesman and joining Collins in 2014, he has developed his knowledge, skills and expertise across the construction disciplines to progress to the Project Director position he holds today.
He is skilled in the management of pre-construction and construction delivery, specialising in extensive design and build refurbishment contracts due to his experience in delivering technically challenging projects.
Richard is a highly motivated individual committed to ensuring each project is delivered to the highest standards and in line with the client needs.
Dick Humphreys
Project Director
Dick has worked in the industry for 11 years and joined Collins in 2012 as a Trainee Manager. During his time at Collins, he has worked on a variety of projects from high end Cat B fit outs to heavy structural refurbishments, using his skills and experience to ensure a proactive, solutions based approach for a smooth and enjoyable project journey for all involved.
Dick works collaboratively and transparently with his clients to ensure the project programme is managed effectively and delivered to the highest of standards. He has a hands on and honest approach with regular, short-term position programmes to make sure the whole team is aligned to deliver the client’s end goal.

Emma Obertelli
Executive Assistant and People Lead
Emma joined Collins in 2008 as Office Manager and now works under the Board as Executive Assistant. Emma coordinates all company events and training along with providing comprehensive support to all senior staff. She has built a strong relationship with the team over the years and is the central hub for company information and processes, being the main point of contact for staff and client communication.

Duncan joined Collins in 2001 and has been a part of, and contributed to, the growth, development and success of the company. Having worked in the industry for over 30 years, Duncan has a wealth of experience and knowledge across a range of project types, from Cat B fit out to cut and carve refurbishment.
Duncan leads a committed, hardworking team who go the extra mile at every level to deliver a successful project. He believes in a hands on approach and management style, and leads his teams by example. He builds strong, honest relationships with clients which as a result, has consistently led to repeat business.

Martin Llewellyn
Plexus Software Solutions Architect
Martin joined Collins in 2010 to provide a dedicated IT function for the business. Bringing 33 years of experience, Martin has championed technological improvements to Collins’ IT infrastructure and systems, safeguarding data, improving working processes and offering effective support to ensure Collins is equipped to successfully deliver every project.
Martin and his team are continually designing and adding functionality to our Bespoke Extranet system, Plexus, which delivers an innovative and much admired online collaboration platform for our business and partners, which delivers a robust management system from Estimating through to Completion of projects.
With technology moving at a rapid pace, Martin is also committed to continually improving and implementing cutting edge Technology and IT strategies for all areas of the business.
Mary Brooks
Finance Director
Mary is a qualified chartered accountant who began her career as an auditor. She has held senior finance positions in the leisure and retail sectors before embarking on a career in the London refurbishment and fit out market in 2006, joining Collins in 2012.
Mary was appointed to the board as Finance Director in 2015. She is responsible primarily for the finances but also oversees HR policies and procedures.
Chris Bartram
Non-Executive Director
Chris has worked at Collins for over 30 years, where he has been intrinsic in the development of the business from a small, traditional builder with a handful of employees, to a successful and well known business of 160 employees.
He is a firm believer in collaborative working, trust and ‘doing the right thing’ to support the company’s long term ambitions.
This approach is reflected in Collins' reputation in the market, stability and regular ‘preferred contractor’ status with clients and design teams.
Crawford Dunn
Project Director
Crawford has been working in the construction industry since the age of 17 and he has over 40 years experience.
He has worked in prestige buildings like the Dorchester, Harrods and Selfridges. His focus is to ensure that he provides best value by understanding the client’s objectives and using his experience and knowledge to achieve this.
Crawford thrives on building excellent relationships by being open and transparent throughout the entire process, with a strong focus on quality, passion to understand the vision behind the design, and always completing to a very high-quality finish.
Mark Dockery
Non-Executive Director
Having worked in the industry for over 30 years, Mark has gained a wealth of knowledge in refurbishments and fit outs across the UK, but particularly in London. He joined Collins in 2004 and since then has helped develop the business into the industry leading organisation it is today, by inspiring change where necessary and leading in a hands on manner.
Mark has been involved with many of Collins’ repeat customers over the years including WPP Group, Scottish Widows and Kirkland & Ellis. He is known across the industry for his professionalism, leadership and customer focus.

Christian Pakes
Divisional Director
With over 26 years’ experience in the construction industry Christian has joined Collins to bring additional leadership, consultant process and his design experience in the Cat A & B fit out market to the pre-construction team.
As pre-construction & design director, Christian co-ordinates all aspects of the design development and tendering while ensuring the expectations of the consultants are met. This will include challenging elements of the design to suit buildability factors, programme, budget, and providing a workable solution.
With previous roles providing support to clients through leading a respected MEP consultancy, and having built strong relationships throughout the industry as a trusted advisor, Christian brings this experience and knowledge to Collins to further enhance the client team experience throughout the pre-construction phases.
Paul Davis
Pre-Construction Director
Paul has a fundamental understanding of the build process drawn from over 30 years’ experience in structural Cat A refurbishments, Cat B office fit outs and unusual specialist redevelopments across London and the South East. Joining Collins at the start of 2009, initially leading the delivery of varied and complex, high quality projects, Paul now heads the pre-construction process, directing the proposals team.
Well regarded in the industry, Paul’s professional approach and balance between creativity and systems driven processes has helped Collins secure work with clients such as AXA, Aviva, Blackstone, Crown and Grosvenor Estates, Landsec and Merlin Entertainments. As well as these, many co-working providers such as FORA, TOG, Workspace and multiple and varied Cat B clients.
Paul Chandler
Divisional Commercial Director
Paul has worked in the construction industry for 17 years and has a vast experience in the London and the South East markets, delivering a variety of new build, fit out and refurbishment schemes spanning across a wide range of project values. Paul has also worked across a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare and leisure in both a design and build and traditional capacity.
Paul's role is to ensure that the commercial team are operating to the highest standards and will provide strong commercial support to the wider teams both in pre-construction and during the project delivery phases.
Simon Campbell
Commercial Manager
Simon joined Collins Construction five years ago as a Quantity Surveyor. He now works in Ryan Cleanthi's team as a Commercial Manager, dealing with a wide variety of commercial fit-out projects ranging from £4 Million - £20 Million.
He has been working in construction for ten years, starting his career dealing with drylining and carpentry.
As a Commercial Manager, he manages client relationships throughout the tender process and delivery of a project. He enjoys developing his team to ensure they achieve the most out of their careers.
John Boyse
Estimating Director
Having originally trained as a Quantity Surveyor, John has been involved in the Construction Industry for over 45 years and has specialised in estimating and pre-construction for the vast majority of that time. He has experience in most forms of construction and procurement routes and has been solely involved in the refurbishment and fit out markets for the last 20 years.
Since joining Collins in 2005, John has been an integral part of our development and growth and remains responsible for the financial aspects of all our tender submissions.
Neil Goff
Technical Services Director
Neil joined Collins as a TSM in 2010 and has over 22 years’ experience in the construction industry, in particular the refurbishment and fit out market. Since joining Collins, Neil has established himself as a key member of the team and in that time has developed to Technical Services Director.
As head of the Technical Services department Neil oversees a team of TSM’s, takes an active role in projects and has a personal interest in developing the next generation of Technical Services Managers.
Neil brings an assured and practical approach to every project he is involved in based on his varied knowledge and experience of the industry.
Chris Margiotta
Commercial Director
Chris has recently joined Collins as Commercial Director, working in Duncan Redman's division.
Chris has worked as a Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager for 21 years, leading commercial teams on projects up to £250m. His strong experience in the education and residential sectors will support our growing portfolio of student accommodation schemes.
Alex English
Project Director
Alex has recently joined Collins as Project Director, where he is responsible for delivering projects on time and to a high standard, while prioritising health and safety.
He started his career as a carpenter, navigating various operational roles. As a Project Director, he leverages his expertise to address challenges and find innovative solutions that benefit all stakeholders involved in projects.
