Situated in the heart of Mayfair this £8 million structural refurbishment was completed over the course of 44 weeks. Works included the installation of a new lift shaft, the formation of 41 new dormer windows and the conversion of the existing roof plant into lettable area at Level 7.
The building benefited from new glazing throughout and curtain walling as well as a full Cat A fit out. All floors were fitted with new suspended ceilings, raised access flooring and specialist finishes. The double height reception area was finished with a bespoke desk with alabaster panels.
