Moor House is a 19-storey, glass-clad office building situated at the junction of London Wall and Moorgate, designed by the internationally renowned Foster + Partners.
Collins completed the fit out to the level five and level nine office space, which focused on complementing the base build features and themes intended by the building's original architect.
The £3.7 million project comprised a Cat A fit out inclusive of new RAF, new M&E installation, new raft ceilings throughout and replacement façade blinds. A new hybrid ceiling with semi-exposed services was installed to incorporate acoustic engineering and ensure the space feels and sounds comfortable.
Both level five and level nine now offer tenants 20,000 sq ft of Grade A office space in one of London’s most prominent office buildings.
Simon Standfast, Associate Director at Savills, said: “A sincere thanks for all your efforts on the Moor House project. It was a pleasure working with you, and given the circumstances that were 2020/21, it was handled exceptionally well.
The client and all those involved are extremely pleased with the end result. Great work all round from the team, and we look forward to working together on other opportunities in future.”
