The D&B, multi phased Cat A and B fit out of 52,000 sq ft for Millward Brown, part of the WPP Group was completed on a floor by floor basis in order for the client to continue their normal business.
The Cat A works included new services, plant, lifts, WC’s, data, AV and external repairs. The client fit out consisted of breakout and meeting areas, brand new reception with feature staircase, 2 recording studios and glazed cellurisation to form offices.
New finishes throughout including extensive specialist joinery, timber flooring and exposed soffits have provided a fantastic working environment. Challenging logistics were overcome by forging excellent relationships with Camden Council, who gave special traffic dispensations.
