We were instructed by the client, Landsec, to complete a rolling programme of Cat A refurbishments. Taking place as and when floors became available, we undertook these floors working around existing tenants to minimise disruption.
The works included the strip out of existing Cat B fixtures followed by the installation of new ceilings, lighting and raised access flooring and mechanical and electrical alterations.
Working alongside incumbent contractors, we also installed new sprinkler systems, access controls and fire alarms.
