Collins were appointed by Kennedy Wilson to carry out their £1.7 million refurbishment to the ground floor and level 2 within Theta House. The works involved stripping out all redundant M&E components, installing a new mechanical and electrical system, the refurbishment of the reception area including new VRV heating & cooling and refurbishment of 2 passenger lifts.
Additionally, WC facilities on ground, first and second floors were also given a full upgrade to now include shower facilities.
