Completed over the course of 12 weeks, this £1.4 million Cat A and Cat B fit out involved a full M&E install to both open plan and multiple conference rooms. A large café style breakout space was also created along with an MER room, reception space, banquette style seating, and secure room.
One of the most challenging aspects of the project was managing the logistics of working in The Leadenhall Building, one of London’s newest and most iconic landmarks. With only one service lift for all 48 floors, deliveries had to be meticulously managed and kept to a tight time-frame.
