24-25 Grosvenor Street marks the first project to complete on Grosvenor Estate’s new contractor framework. Collins was tasked with the complete refurbishment of this 1980’s building in the heart of Mayfair. The project involved the relocation of the existing plant room, the creation of a new shop front on Brooks Mews, the installation of a new steel structure to form additional office space and a Cat A fit out throughout.
All windows were also repaired with new ironmongery and the front façade was made good with all existing leadwork removed and replaced. The reception benefited from ceramic flooring, a bespoke reception desk, wall panelling and feature lighting within the MF ceiling.
