Great West House is a highly prominent office building comprising two towers of 17 and 11 storeys, offering approximately 155,000 sq ft (14,400 sq m) of office space.
It is a very efficient and occupant-focused building; it’s managed with well-being, cost control and sustainability at its core.
Our client, CLS Holdings, wanted to deliver a Cat A workspace which could be multi-tenanted or let to one individual company. The project involved completely updating the office space at level four, as well as updating the WC’s/DDA and the lift lobby with a raft ceiling and tiled flooring.
The Cat A office space was then separated into zones with new Komfort glazed partitions, with each office space having its own metering system and a shared meeting room between them. We also installed a new kitchen and breakout area for the tenants.
