This Cat A refurbishment involved a full strip out of the existing offices including the removal of a large plant from the roof via the tenants demise. New M&E services were then installed along with a new fire alarms system, raised access flooring, doors and ceilings throughout. The existing WC’s were also extended and completely refurbished.
Working alongside Turner & Townsend, GTA Architects, Alinea and Arup, the Design and Build project was on site for 17 weeks.
