Comprising of both internal and external elements, this project was carried out across a number of different stages.
External works consisted of roof alterations, an overhaul of all existing sash windows, brickwork repairs and new paintwork. Internally, all levels from the ground floor to lever 4 were refurbished. This included new mechanical, electrical and data work, the replacing of internal fire doors, a total redesign of the existing toilets and all new carpet throughout.
The reception area was also given a revamp with a new tiled floor and bespoke joinery.
The most challenging aspect of all for this project was the installation of new chillers and air handling units which involved utilising a crane to lower them down an existing fireman’s chute.
