Fora provides flexible workspace and hubs for business people from all industries across London. Benefiting from a fantastic location in Spitalfields, Fora's newest location, 42-46 Princelet Street was handed over at the beginning of May 2019.
The project involved the redevelopment of existing office space near Brick Lane, in a building originally built in the mid-1800s as a textile warehouse. Structural modification works were undertaken to add two additional floors and a new roof. A large atrium, with a feature cantilever staircase, was also constructed through the centre for improved circulation and natural light.
Alteration and refurbishment works were undertaken to provide a reception and recreational bar along with a wellness studio, shower and changing facilities at the lower ground and ground floors.
The entire building then benefited from a complete Cat B fit out to create bespoke office accommodation from the ground floor to level three, including wall, floor and ceiling finishes and new partitions. External terraces were also added to level two and three.
